Everything is perfect. Both of your technicians (James and Junior) were extremely professional and Carol and I appreciated the way they took care of our property and were mindful of what they were tracking into the house from the garage, front yard and back porch. I cannot overemphasize how important that was. We have so many contractors that do a great job but they don't care about our hardwood floors, carpet and door frames. We don't call them back. Sometimes it is the little things that count. We just had some furniture delivered last Saturday and the guys actually brought their own disposable booties to cover their shoes.
The box looks great, wire management exceeded my expectations and the cameras are all on-line and functioning perfectly. I now have a great foundation for more features that I will add later. I plan on calling you guys back when I am ready for more and to discuss security monitoring.
In the meantime, I will be visiting with my builder sometime either this weekend or next. When I do, I am going to show him the before and after pictures and tell him what a great job you guys did. I will let you know when that happens and will exchange contact information.

Dear Tamme,
I wanted to take the time to tell you what a great experience I had with the recent purchase of my Infocus projector and Pioneer receiver.
I would also like to convey what excellent employees you have in Matt Kahle and Chris Sanchez. I was highly impressed with Matt and his knowledge of Home Theatre products. Matt look the time to explain all my options and recommend something I would like and I couldn't be happier with the sound and picture that I now have. Matt was always available to answer any questions I had. In short, he was fantastic.
I also wanted to commend Chris Sanchez on the installation. My picture and sound is absolutely perfect. Chris took the time to do the job right and it is evident by looking at the picture.

Dear Tamme,
We came in contact with a number of your people during the ordering and installation of our new TV system. Each and every one of them took the time to answer all of our questions and then go over it again for us "High Definition TV Challenged" people. You would think out of a half dozen people, at least one would lack that pleasant good-natured smile and patience. NOT so with your company!!!
As you will recall, Marian and I started with your company in its infancy. The experience we've just had with your company explains why we've stayed with you. Watching your company grow has been a pleasure for us, but certraily NO surprise!
